Tuesday: Stock orders and marketing take center stage. This is when we line up our supplies for the week, setting the stage for Wednesday's delivery day.
Wednesday: Delivery day arrives! Our fridges and freezers are stocked, and the prep for the upcoming weekend kicks into high gear while we continue our daily trade.
