Moving to the big smoke & life update!

Hello Fellow Food Truck Lovers,

THANKS so much for your patience.

Since we last spoke, we have been incredibly busy with our Food Truck Business. Poor old Food Truck Academy had to be put on the back burner for a bit.

In May, we traveled to Beef Australia in Rockhampton, Australia, and served them in droves! This event was visited by just under 200,000 people... it was HUGE! When we returned, it was time to take my head out of the sand and face our move from Townsville to Brisbane to start our Food Truck Journey here!

We’ve had a few hiccups along the way, including still finding accommodation for our family and our beloved Food Truck. Renting is a whole different ball game here and very different from being in your own home for 20 years!

Any-hoo, we'll get there. We've got lots of events booked from early August onwards and have adopted the mentality that this is our "annual holiday"—spending time with the babies, giving our Food Truck "Feelzie" some love and attention, giving her a good spring clean, and getting all prep ready and fresh for our new location. We are looking forward to meeting and serving our new customers and communities and are intrigued to see how the events will differ from our hometown.
